​Chloe Kim, a student at Newton South High School, has always been driven by a profound passion for making a positive impact through volunteering. Her transformative journey began in 7th grade when she participated on her first dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic alongside dentists and dental students. This experience ignited her potential and fervor to assist those in need, prompting her to participate in subsequent trips in 2023. It was during these mission trips that Chloe realized she could leverage her artistic talents, nurtured since childhood through piano, violin and visual arts, to contribute meaningfully. This realization led her to establish Youth Arts For Humanity in 2023, seamlessly blending her love for the arts with her unwavering dedication to service. Chloe's remarkable dedication and commitment to making a difference have not only enriched her own life but have also inspired those around her, fostering collective efforts towards creating a brighter and more compassionate world.

Jane Cuphone, a student at Newton South High School, has always been driven by a genuine passion for giving back to her community and making a positive impact through service. Her commitment to volunteering began in middle school through the Scouting program, where she discovered the importance of helping others and contributing to her community. In 2021, Jane participated in a service trip to Montana, where she volunteered at a church camp and worked closely with children. Through activities such as singing, painting, and creating art together, she found that creativity could be a meaningful way to connect with others and bring joy to those around her. Alongside her work with children, Jane has also volunteered at local farms and animal sanctuaries, where she has cared for and spent time with farm animals. These experiences have allowed her to combine her love for the arts and animals with her dedication to service, while developing a deeper appreciation for compassion, responsibility, and community. Jane’s continued commitment to volunteering has not only shaped her own perspective but has also inspired her to seek out new ways to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and contribute to a more caring and compassionate world.

Avery Utano, a student at Newton South High School, is passionate about giving back to her community and inspiring the next generation to do the same. Through her experience assisting dance teachers and working with young children, Avery has discovered how meaningful it is to encourage confidence, kindness, and growth in others. Seeing children learn from and support one another has reinforced her belief that compassion is something that can be taught from an early age. Outside of volunteering, Avery enjoys dancing, drawing, painting, and baking. She is proud to support Youth Arts for Humanity and help continue its mission of encouraging young people to use their talents to make a positive impact. Avery believes that teaching children the importance of helping others from a young age creates a ripple effect of kindness that can strengthen communities. She hopes to inspire more young people to spread love, encouragement, and support to those who need it most, proving that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.

Emma Kim, an incoming freshman at St. Mark's School, is a passionate young artist dedicated to making a meaningful difference through creativity and service. She believes art is more than self-expression. It’s a powerful way to bring hope, dignity, and compassion to others. Since 2023, Emma has joined annual dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic, helping provide essential care to underserved communities. These experiences have deepened her awareness of global needs and strengthened her commitment to serve beyond her local surroundings. Emma also uses her artistic talents to uplift others. Since 2022, she has participated in a local art show, donating all proceeds to Cradles to Crayons, an organization supporting children in low-income and homeless situations. Her art carries messages of empathy and purpose. Emma is especially excited to work with Youth Arts for Humanity, where she can continue using her creativity to make an impact alongside like-minded peers. Through art and service, she hopes to inspire change both near and far.

Kate Woo is an alumnus of Youth Arts for Humanity and an incoming college student from Bedford, MA. A dedicated volunteer, Kate has served her community through church ministry, mission trips, and arts-based outreach initiatives. She has generously shared her musical and artistic talents to bring encouragement and joy to others. During her time with Youth Arts for Humanity, Kate played an active role in advancing the organization's mission and remains committed to service, leadership, and community engagement as a college student.

Grace Nam is an alumnus of Youth Arts for Humanity and an incoming college student with a passion for art, photography, music, and community service. A dedicated violinist, she has performed at nursing homes, participated in school and church music programs, and volunteered as a teacher for young children. During her time with Youth Arts for Humanity, Grace used her creative talents to support the organization's mission and remains committed to making a positive impact through service and the arts.

Cate Lee is an alumna of Youth Arts for Humanity and an incoming college student from Scottsdale, Arizona. She is passionate about community service, leadership, and the arts, with volunteer experience in hospitals, science museums, and other community initiatives. Through Youth Arts for Humanity, Cate combined her lifelong love of art with her desire to give back, helping advance the organization's mission of using creativity to make a positive impact. She looks forward to continuing her commitment to service and community engagement throughout her college years.
